BLACKOUT is a 20-page zine that addresses mental health and anti-Black racism.
Commissioned by the Nia Centre for Arts, the zine features images, quotes, and resources related to mental health and provides suggestions on how to combat anti-Black experiences.
The Nia Centre hosted a series of focus groups to gain insight into the impacts of anti-Black racism and selected three artists to create works that responded to the research collected from the focus groups.
